Rachel Edelbrock provides a service as requested by the client. It is understood that any music files sent to Rachel Edelbrock to be edited have been obtained legally.

In the case that Rachel Edelbrock obtains the music files for a requested service, the music will be purchased legally through iTunes or a similar music platform.

Rachel Edelbrock does not sell music and does not profit from the music she edits and/or mixes. Payments made to Rachel Edelbrock are in exchange for a service provided, not a product.

It is understood that Rachel Edelbrock's clients and/or venues at which clients will play music have obtained appropriate licensing from a music licensing corporation such as BMI, ASCAP, SOCAN, etc.

Rachel Edelbrock is not responsible for any legal or ethical dilemmas posed as a result of a client playing and/or distributing music edited by Rachel Edelbrock.
